Our Fused Silica Powder, also named Amorphism silica powder , are obtained by way of pulverizing Fused Silica Lump. Their properties are characterized by high purity, low in linear coefficient of thermal expansion, low inner stress, superior in moisture resistance , low Alfa-ray, very low Fe ion. The products are most suitable for use as fillers in making encapsulation compound for integrated circuit, refractories, investment costing etc.
